Message	I have a 1990 and I had a fog light that was out so I checked the ballast and the bulb and they were fine. so I change the grounding point and the fog light came on again but when I got inside my car I had no dash lights! I have checked EVERY single fuse multiple times my the kick panel and under the hood I cant figure out what the problem is!
